Mrs Dowd and Ms Harrebomee's Year 12 Hospitality Practices students have been putting there skills to the test running a restaurant in first break and second break in term 2 as part of their assessment. Serving up delicious meals including salads, calamari, lasagne and deserts and mouth watering drinks, the students food preperation skills are being tested along with customer service. This experience will be essential for students wishing to find work in the hospitality industry once they leave school.
